cyradm localhost [-u cyrus]

(I usually add root to the cyrus admins in imapd.conf) Set the create/delete permssion:-

sam user.name root c

delete the mailbox

dm user.name

Setting the admin password

saslpasswd2 -c template

-c - Creates a new user (without just sets password.
